原食药局食品安全专家，国家卫生城市考评员、食品生产评审员。自1982年一直从事一线卫生监督、食品安全监管工作，对公共卫生和食品安全监管具有丰富的经验。多次参加原食药总局、省市食药局的食品安全法规和标准规范的修订。经常对各级媒体开展食品安全宣传和风险交流，对监管部门、机关学校和企业进行食品安全培训。
